Northwest Lineman College has student housing partnerships to provide assistance with short term housing/roommate needs near each of our four campuses.
PROOF OF MEDICAL INSURANCE
You must have medical insurance for the entire term you attend. In the unlikely event of injury during training, Northwest Lineman College does not provide any medical coverage or cover any medical expenses.
If you don’t have medical insurance, you can call an insurance provider and ask about short-term medical coverage programs. Most insurance companies offer this type of insurance for very reasonable rates. You can also visit healthcare.org to find an affordable insurance plan.
Once you’ve secured medical insurance, please request that your insurance company send you a Certificate of Coverage, which typically includes more information than an insurance card. The certification can be in the form of a letter on the insurance company’s letterhead, and must include:
- Your name
- Policy/group number
Effective dates of your coverage
Not sure how to ask for a certificate of coverage from your insurance company?
Feel free to copy and paste the following message in an email to your provider:
